Side effects include nausea and abdominal pain.
(sulphinpyrazone) n. a *uricosuric drug used for the control of chronic gout. The main side-effects are nausea and abdominal pain; the drug may also activate a latent duodenal ulcer and it should not be taken by patients with impaired kidney function.
