Seroconvert: From 1 Different Sources


vb. to produce specific antibodies in response to the presence of an antigen (e.g. a vaccine or a virus). In HIV-positive patients seroconversion occurs within about two weeks of the initial infection. It is marked by a sore throat, swollen lymph nodes, fever, aches and pains, and fatigue. See AIDS.
